- Audio Recordings: When you choose to record a meeting, audio is stored locally on your device.
- Transcriptions & Notes: Generated transcripts and notes are stored locally and can be exported at your discretion.
- Calendar Access (Optional): If you grant permission, the App may read your device calendar to display and associate notes with events. Calendar data is never transmitted off your device.
- Diagnostics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics (e.g., crash reports) to improve stability and performance.
How We Use Information
- To provide the core functionality: recording, transcription, and note organization.
- To improve user experience and maintain app quality.
- To allow you to export and share notes if you explicitly choose to do so.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
- All recordings and notes are stored locally on your device by default.
- If you enable iCloud or other backups, Apple’s iCloud service policies apply.
- We use Apple’s secure frameworks for data storage and access control.
Your Choices
- Permissions: You can control microphone and calendar access via iOS Settings.
- Deletion: You can delete recordings, notes, and exports at any time from within the App.
- Alternate App Icon: If you select a different app icon, this choice is stored locally and does not involve personal data.
Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App or on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
